OK my dog pull constantly! I do stop when she does pull...but she doesn't come back to me when I stop to call her.....So what can I do about that?..she knows her name BUT she just pays attention to everything else around her(when outside)..especially what's ahead(which there is nothing ahead of us but more of the block).

@tgfutube It's a dog clicker, it can be bought at more or less any animal/dog-store. While you're buying a clicker, be sure to buy an instructional book on how to train it with the clicker. 1 Click good, 2 clicks getting there, etc, there are several methods, go with something that works for you.And enjoy spending alot of time with your eager to learn dog! :)
